What age is this activity best suited for?
Lessons were designed for elementary aged students but can also be adapted for use in multi-age or intergenerational settings. The activities and teaching have also been used successfully with preschool aged children when shortened and paired with free play time.
 
How much time does each lesson take?
Each lesson was structured to fill at least one full hour. If you have less time or want to shorten the series, you can reduce or streamline activities to cover the material in fewer weeks. For deeper discussions or extended activities, you can spread lessons across multiple sessions.
